Strategic Advisory · Gold Coast

Clarity, product,
and execution
for founders.

Atlantis Strategic Advisory works with founders and operators to bring clarity to complex business problems — shaping product strategy, user experience, commercial systems, and the organisations needed to scale.

A bespoke practice, not a consulting factory. Every engagement is led by the principal — design-trained, research-grounded, and operating a technology business today.

Senior attention on every engagement — no leverage model, no juniors
A small number of clients at any one time, by design
Grounded in two decades of design practice and published HCI research
Operator-led — we run and build businesses, not just advise them
What we do

Three ways we help.

Our work concentrates where design and commerce meet: finding what the market actually wants, shaping the product to meet it, and building the engine to take it there.

Find the fit
Product–Market Fit

Research-led discovery to understand your customers, sharpen the problem you're solving, and test whether the market will pay for the answer — before you over-invest in building.

  • Customer & market research
  • Problem definition and validation
  • Value proposition and pricing tests
  • Evidence-based go / no-go decisions
Shape the product
Strategic Product Design & Iteration

Hands-on product strategy and UX from a career designer — turning ambiguity into roadmaps, prototypes, and shipped product that customers understand and use.

  • Product strategy and roadmapping
  • UX, service design and prototyping
  • Design systems and usability testing
  • Rapid iteration cycles with your team
Take it to market
Go-to-Market & Refinement

Commercial systems that convert product into revenue — positioning, channels, sales motion — then the operational refinement that lets it scale without breaking.

  • Positioning and messaging
  • Channel and sales-motion design
  • Commercial model and pricing
  • Operational systems for scale
How we work

Designed, not improvised.

Our method comes from design practice: diverge to understand before you converge to decide — first on the problem, then on the solution. It keeps ambition honest and prevents expensive answers to the wrong question.

DISCOVER DEFINE DEVELOP DELIVER the right problem the right solution
first, open up
Discover

Immerse in your customers, market and operations. Research over opinion — interviews, data, and observation in the field.

then, focus
Define

Converge on the problem worth solving. A sharp brief, clear success measures, and alignment before a dollar is spent building.

open up again
Develop

Prototype and test multiple answers cheaply. Real customers, real signals — iterate until the evidence points one way.

and land it
Deliver

Ship, measure, refine. We stay through execution — go-to-market, operations, and the systems that make it stick.
